At P+R=UNBREAKABLE, we stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds on our digital products and coaching services.
Digital Products (eBooks, Guides, Programs)
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 30-day refund policy on all digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund.
How to Request a Refund:
- Email us at [email protected] with your name, order details, and reason for the refund request.
- Or text us at (949) 691-9333.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Conditions: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, purchases are non-refundable.
Affirm Purchases
If you purchased using Affirm and are eligible for a refund, the refund will be applied to your Affirm account. Affirm will adjust your payment plan accordingly. Please allow additional processing time for Affirm refunds. Contact Affirm directly at affirm.com for questions about your payment plan.
Coaching Sessions
Completed Sessions: Coaching sessions that have been completed are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will be rescheduled at no additional charge.
Unused Sessions (Packages): For monthly coaching packages, unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rated basis if you cancel before the sessions are completed. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
- Affirm: Refunds are applied to your Affirm account and your payment plan is adjusted accordingly.
