P+R=UNBREAKABLE is a digital publishing and personal training company providing eBooks, downloadable guides, and online educational resources focused on personal development, nutrition, and fitness. We also offer in-person and virtual personal coaching sessions. Our digital content is delivered through secure online access. Coaching sessions are scheduled and conducted in person (Southern California) or virtually via Zoom.

Digital Products: Our eBooks, guides, and training programs are delivered as digital downloads (PDF format) immediately after purchase. All sales of digital products are final once the download link has been accessed, subject to our Refund Policy.

Coaching Sessions: In-person and virtual coaching sessions are scheduled after purchase. Sessions are conducted by Johann Figueroa. By purchasing a coaching session, you agree to the scheduled time and session terms communicated at booking.

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Affirm (buy now, pay later). Payment is required in full at the time of purchase, unless using Affirm's installment payment option. Affirm financing is subject to eligibility and Affirm's terms and conditions.

Upon purchase of a digital product, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or resell our digital products
• Share download links with others
• Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices from our materials

Coaching sessions are personal training and wellness consultations. Our services are for educational and informational purposes and do not constitute medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new fitness or nutrition program. By participating in coaching sessions, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks and you assume responsibility for your own health and safety.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete information on refunds and cancellations. In summary: digital products are eligible for a 30-day refund if you are unsatisfied. Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable. Scheduled sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

All content on this website — including text, images, eBooks, guides, programs, and branding — is the intellectual property of P+R=UNBREAKABLE and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Our products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from use of our products or coaching services. Individual results will vary based on effort, consistency, and individual circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, P+R=UNBREAKABLE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
